At Wine Lab we have got the art of teasing the senses down to a tee. We work with in-house caterers or external suppliers to teach you how to pair wine with food, from canapés to formal dinners.
For the more adventurous, we have partnered up with some of the country’s leading chefs to design exclusive wine & food matching experiences to challenge your understanding of what it means to pair food and wine. Each chef designs his or her dishes with the featured wines in mind such that wine becomes the centrepiece and food takes on a cameo role. The results are usually astounding.
